Experience
Tom has had an extensive career in engineering
serving the people's needs. For 32 years he successfully managed budgets,
projects, and programs which met the needs and aspirations of people. His awards
include the University of Maryland School of Engineering Centennial Medal for
outstanding achievement in 1994. He was named the Delaware Valley Engineer of the
Year in 1998.
